By using Wandr you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Wandr Is

Wandr is a travel planning and discovery tool. We show listings, recommendations, and links to third-party booking platforms. We are not a travel agency and do not book anything on your behalf. Always confirm pricing and availability directly on the third-party platform before making any decisions.

3. What We Are Not Responsible For

• The accuracy of third-party listings — hotels, flights, and restaurants
• Pricing shown — prices change frequently, always confirm on the booking platform
• Any bookings you make on external sites
• Any loss, injury, cancellation, or damage related to travel plans made using Wandr
• The content or practices of external websites we link to

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Collaborative Clipboards

When you share a clipboard link, anyone with that link can view and interact with it. You are responsible for who you share links with. Do not share clipboard links publicly if your itinerary contains personal travel information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wandr for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or attack our systems
• Impersonate other users or provide false information
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm others
• Attempt to access another user's account or data

7. Intellectual Property

The Wandr name, logo, and interface design are our property. User-generated content — your searches, suggestions, and clipboard items — belongs to you. By using Wandr you grant us a limited license to display your content within the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wandr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times, be error-free, or that recommendations will be accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandr and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including travel disruptions, booking errors, or data loss.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date. Continued use of Wandr after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
